Leader Essential Training

Initial training for adult leaders
Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Venturing Leaders need to have this training before they can continue with Leader Specific Training on all levels
A leader is fully trained for their position upon completion of Leader Essentials and Leader Specific courses
Training sessions are approximately 2 hours in length
Leaders learn about the objectives of the Scouting program and the methods used to achieve them
