Leader Essential Training

NEW LEADER ESSENTIALS TRAINING

  • Initial training for adult leaders
  • Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Venturing Leaders need to have this training before they can continue with Leader Specific Training on all levels
  • A leader is fully trained for their position upon completion of Leader Essentials and Leader Specific courses
  • Training sessions are approximately 2 hours in length
  • Leaders learn about the objectives of the Scouting program and the methods used to achieve them
